DFA Law Advises on Sale of Insurance Group

DFA Law has advised the shareholders of Chesham Holdings Limited on the sale of its entire share capital to Bartleet Enterprises Limited for an undisclosed sum.

Established in 1965 and based in the Northern Home Counties, Chesham Insurance acts for clients in relation to life, health, motor, travel and commercial cover with policies for executive homes and specialist business cover, from all major product providers.

The Chesham shareholders were advised by a team of lawyers from DFA Law led by Corporate Partner John Keeble.  Commenting on the deal, Roy Rance Finance Director at Chesham said: “We were impressed and extremely grateful for the support and level of professionalism applied by John and the DFA team to help and guide us through to a successful completion.”
