DFA Law awarded Quality Mark
PLEASE NOTE: Information in this article is correct at the time of publication, please contact DFA Law for current advice on older articles.
The focus on customer care, professional standards and excellent client service by the Property team at DFA Law has been officially recognised by accreditation under the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme and entitlement to use the scheme’s kite-mark.
Effective Client Service
The CQS is an independent quality mark for law firms and has been designed with four specific objectives:
1. To enhance the reputation of conveyancing solicitors;
2. Provide reassurance about integrity and practice standards;
3. Create a trusted conveyancing community that will deter fraud;
4. Provide a more effective service for clients.
The scheme has been well received and already has the support of the Council of Mortgage Lenders, Land Registry, the Building Societies Association, Legal Ombudsman and the Association of British Insurers.
Greater Assurance
The CQS scheme is rigorous and requires law practices to undergo strict assessment, training, audits and annual reviews in order to continue to inspire confidence in clients, lenders and the general public.
The accreditation provides greater assurance to all clients that they have chosen the right firm to help them through the process of buying and selling property.
