DFA Law Recruits More Staff

DFA Law has bolstered its Commercial Property team with the recruitment of solicitor Mitchell Evans.

Mitch has advised on a wide range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant work.  In recent times he has had experience of dealing with distressed sales, often acting for clients purchasing property from liquidators or receivers. 

Mitchell also has particular experience acting for developers, involving: site acquisition and disposal; options; overage; conditional contracts; planning agreements; and site infrastructure.
