From the 6th December 2018, our governing body the Solicitors Regulation Authority require all regulated Solicitors firms to publish their pricing and service information in certain work types.
By clicking on the links below, you will be able to see our pricing guidelines and what is included and what is not. Please bear in mind that your matter is unique and and whilst the pricing guidelines will provide an estimate, please feel free to contact us to discuss your needs.
Price is not everything
When considering which legal experts to choose, price is obviously an important factor. However, there are other aspects to consider.
Professionalism
Not all of our competitors are solicitors firms. As such, they are not regulated in the same way and do not necessarily have to follow the same guidelines and ethics expected of solicitors.
Service
We have been providing legal services for over 180 years and do not profess to be the cheapest. However, we do believe we provide excellent value for money.
Our fixed fee residential property charges include everything that you would expect to be included and we do not add on administration charges or other fee elements like some of our competitors might.
