E-conveyancing
The property department at DFA Law now use an e-conveyancing system to ensure that the conveyancing process is as efficient as possible. Clients can view progress updates via a secure website at any time, day or night. The progress log is tailored to each transaction and is kept up-to-date by the property team on a regular basis.
DFA Law selected ConveyanceLink’s e-conveyancing solution as the system enables their property team to keep clients well informed and up-to-date on work done on each transaction. In some cases the programme can be used to electronically request official information, such as searches which can speed up the process.
The service provides a list of websites that can help when moving house in addition to brief guides to the selling and buying processes to ensure that clients are well informed about what to expect. Progress updates can also be sent direct to mobile phones.
Registration to use the system takes seconds and secure login details are then emailed instantly so that a client can start tracking progress straight away.
