Becky qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and has a particular interest in elderly client matters, which often involve issues surrounding mental capacity.
Becky deals with the preparation of Wills, the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPAs) and Court of Protection matters such as deputyship applications and providing deputy and attorney services. Becky also advises clients regarding the administration of trusts, paying for care and NHS Continuing Care (CHC) claims.
In her spare time, Becky loves to attend Zumba classes and enjoys spending time relaxing with family and friends.
